摘　　要：通过对各种半导体抗浪涌保护器件特点的比较,介绍了第四代抗浪涌保护器件(P6 10 89)的工作原理,分析了他在程控交换机上对用户线接口线路(SL IC)板的保护机理,结果表明P6 10 89在前三代半导体抗浪涌保护器件的基础上性能大为提高。最后给出了该器件两个关键参数的测试方法。Based on the comparison of the features of semiconductor surge suppressor, the operating principle of the 4th semiconductor transient voltage suppressor (P61089) is introduced, and the protection mechanism of for Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLIC) on programmable control exchange set is analyzed. The results show that the performance of the P61089 is enhanced remarkably. Lastly, the test methods of two key parameters are given.
