摘 要:目的探索合成条件,制备体内活性和稳定性好的高聚物丙帕锗,并分析其结构确定目的物的正确性。方法以GeO2为起始原料,磷酸二氢钠为还原剂,制备3氧锗丙烯酸低分子量聚合物和高分子量3氧锗丙烯酸(丙帕锗),并进行元素、红外光谱、核磁共振和X射线的分析。结果高分子量聚合物生成,在320℃以下不分解,终产率为72.9%。结论所采用的方法可行,合成的产品结构正确。Objective To seek synthetic condition to prepare polymer propagermanium which has high activity in vitro and good stability, then analyze its structure to verify the aim product.Methods Ge O 2 was used as original material, NaH 2PO 2 as reductant to synthesize 3-0-oxygermyl propionic acid polymer (propagermanium) and then some analysis such as elemental analysis,IR spectrum,X ray diffraction.NMR spectrum were cunducted.Results The structure of result compound was obtained, it did not decompose under 320℃,whose rate was 72.9%.Conclusion The synthetic scheme is right,the structure of the compound is correct.
