摘　　要：R&D团队的冲突管理是高新技术企业R&D管理中的重要组成部分,其中重要的特点之一是在R&D活动各个阶段具有不同的特性,因此对冲突进行动态分析是开展冲突管理的前提。在此基础上,根据高新技术企业R&D团队的特点能够设计一套完整的冲突管理表和R&D团队冲突管理模型,构建R&D冲突管理的分析框架和控制机制。Managing team conflict is an important part of high-tech enterprise′s R&D management and it has different characteristics in every R&D phases, so it is a precondition to make a dynamic analysis on the conflict. According to the characteristics of high-tech enterprise′s R&D team, we put forward a systemic table of R&D conflict management and R&D team conflict management model and establish the analysis frame and control mechanism of R&D conflict management
