摘　　要：本文将期权定价理论应用于战略联盟技术定价领域,通过确定联盟技术体系所依附的标的(underlying)变量,建立了一个对技术资源进行定价的理论框架,从而为是否建立企业间的技术联盟关系以及合作程度的把握提供了较为合理的理论依据。In this paper, the options rating theory is applied to strategic alliances technology rating field. And a theoretic frame for rating the technology resources is established through ascertaining the underlying variable attached by alliances technology system, thus providing a more suitable theoretic basis for establishing the technology alliances relationships between enterprises, and also for decision on the depth of cooperation between enterprises.
