摘　　要：本文以法制意识和心理健康调查为依据,分析了当前高职院校大学生法制意识淡薄及在学习、生活、人际关系、就业、情感等方面的问题,根据高职院校大学生的心理特点和工作中遇到的实际情况,认为法制教育和心理健康教育是高校迫在眉睫的任务之一,不仅势在必行,而且应在求根治本上下功夫,同时提出了一些有效的措施和对策。Based on legal system consciousness and psychological health survey, this text is analyzing the present state that the students in Vocational and Technical Colleges and Universities are having faint consciousness on legal system and question in such aspects as study, life, interpersonal relationships, employment, and emotion and so on. According to their psychological characteristic and the actual conditions met in work of the students, we think university's legal education and psychological health education are one of university's extremely urgent tasks, not only imperative, but also should work hard on seeking effective and radical cure, put forward some effective measures and countermeasures at the same time.
