摘  要:在长期跟踪调查铁路车轮使用情况的基础上,针对我国铁路线路条件复杂、南北差异较大、客货混运线路为主、网运密度较大等特点,对不同运营条件下的车轮剥离现象进行了综合分析研究,通过列举不同实例及其剥离失效分析结论,探讨了车轮剥离与车轮材质、运用条件(线路条件、环境条件、机车车辆设计、司机操作、轮轨匹配关系)等方面之间的关系。On the basis of the long-term tracking and investigation on the operation of railway wheels, in view of such features as the complex railway track conditions in our country, fairly big difference between the southern and northern districts, most tracks being for the mixed transport of passenger cars and freight cars, fairly high-density network transport, the comprehensive analysis and research are made on the wheel peeling under different operation conditions. Different practical examples as well as their peeling failure analysis conclusions are listed to explain the relations between wheel peeling and wheel materials, operation conditions (track conditions, environmental conditions, design of locomotives and rolling stock, operation of drivers, wheel-rail matching relations).
