大学生心理健康教育几个基本问题的思考

摘　　要：人格障碍问题应当引起全社会的重视,解决当代大学生的人格障碍问题需从最基本的教育入手,如对“人格”概念与内涵的理解;心理和思想的关系;正常心理与异常心理的标准;多重人格的认识与对待;学会在压力中进步和成长等等。这是当代大学生了解自我、发挥潜能,实现心理健康的关键所在。The barrier of personality should be paid attention to in society. We should solve the barrier of personality in modern from the beginning of the foundational education, such as the understanding of the conception and connotation of “personality”;the relation between psychology and thinking; the standard of the normal psychology and abnormal psychology;to understand and deal with various personality;learn to make progress and grow in pressure and etc. This is the crux that modern students understand themselves, give play to latent capacity, and realize psychological health.
