醒脑清心针刺法治疗脑心综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同针刺方法治疗脑心综合征患者的疗效。方法将108例脑心综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,分别施以“醒脑清心”针刺法及“醒神清心”针刺法,于治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评定及心电图检查。结果观察组患者神经功能缺损程度及心电图的改善优于对照组。结论“醒脑清心”针刺法对急性脑卒中患者引发的心脏损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective:To obs erve clinical therapeutic eff ects of different neediling methods on cerebral - cardiac syndrome.Methods:108patients with cerebral -cardiac syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the cont rolled group,Manipulatio n of Acupuncture of Restoring Consciousness and Clearing away the Heart -Fire, and of Restoring the Mind and Clearing aw ay the Heart -Fire,for patients in e ach group.To assess the defect degrees of nerves,and tak e electrocardiographi c before and after the treatment.Results:The improvement of nerve function and electrocaradiographic in the tr eatment group was superior to that in the contr olled group.Conclusion:The manipulation of Acupuncture of Restoring Conssiousn ess and Clearin g away the Heart -Fire has an obvious pr otective action on cer ebral -cardia c syndrome.
