摘　　要：目的　为精神遗传病的预防提供参考。方法　对精神障碍住院患者进行回顾性研究。结果　住院病例主要类型依次为精神分裂症、情感性精神病、癫痫所致精神障碍、酒精中毒等。与遗传有关的病例占87.39% ,其中≤30岁起病者占6 7.39%。结论　遗传病问题在精神障碍中非常突出,其预防极为重要,应从早期开始。Objcetive: The aim is for the prevention of mental hereditary diseases. Methods: The review research was on the patients with mental disorder, who were hospitalized in hospital. Results: The main types one by one in order are schizophrenia, affective psychosis, epilepsy, alcoholism etc. The hereditary disease's problem in the mental disorders is very serious, and it's prevention is extremely important and should be put on the earlier period.
