摘　　要：The New Learning of Jinggong attempts to build a theoretical system that runs through people and sky on the basis of “Book of Change”, in which the noumenon of metaphysics links up with the human nature of material theory, and the former offers the basis of existence for the latter, making the latter become the actual intension of the former, and acquiring the sublimation from cognitive to noumenon. Accordingly, The New Learning of Jinggong applies the understanding and realization of Neo-Confucianism to the real life, thinking that the inner kindness of human should be promoted by the courage of moral character to extend to administrate and conquer the country furthermore. It integrates with some thoughts of“Book of Change”.
