摘 要:运用PCR RFLPs法对新荣昌猪I系群体中兰尼定受体(RYR1)基因分布及其对肌纤维面积、胴体性能和肉质性状的效应进行了分析。结果表明新荣昌猪肉质优异,保持了原有地方品种肉质优良的特性。猪群中存在T基因的分布,且其遗传分布符合哈迪温伯格平衡。T基因表现出显著增加肌纤维面积、提高胴体品质和降低肉质性状表现的遗传效应。但RYR1基因在新荣昌猪中的外显率不完全,并证明肌纤维面积的增大与胴体品质间具有正相关,而与肉质性状间则呈负相关。The distribution of RYR1 gene in new Rongchang pig was tested by PCR-RFLPs in this study; the effects of RYR1 genotype on muscle fiber, carcass and meat traits were analyzed. The results indicated the meat qualities of new Rongchang pig were very good and no typical PSE meat was detected in the experimental group. T gene existed with frequency of 0.2045 in the testing group and its distribution kept in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Generally, RYR1 gene has significant effects of increasing the size of muscle fiber and leading better carcass quality but decreasing meat quality. In all of these three genetic effects, the expression rate of RYR1 gene in new Rongchang pig is not complete.
