摘  要:碳源、氮源、各种维生素和金属离子对微生物培养有重要影响。先采用单因素,后采用复合因素的方式,确定碳源和氮源,然后采用中心复合设计分析法对地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslicheniformis)NG521-1的培养基主要成分进行分析和优化,根据预测最优发酵水平的配比,调整培养基,使发酵液中菌体生长量大大提高,由原来0 35×108个/mL提高到1 2×108 个/mL。Microorganism growth is greatly effected by carbon sources , nitrogen sources, vitamin and metal ions. With the investigation of single factor, the components of carbon source and nitrogen source were firstly designed respectively , and the optimized cultural medium was decided by the central complex design method then, with which the prediction of the optimized medium has been made for the culture of B. licheniformis NG521-1. Fermentation was conducted with the predicted medium, the grown population of bacteria per unit broth increased sharply, from 3.5×10~7 cfu/mL up to 1.2×10~8 cfu/mL.
