大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞P16和cyclin D1表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　研究大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞P16和cyclinD1的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用流式细胞仪(flowcytometry ,FCM)检测 4 0例大肠癌患者及 2 0例正常人外周血淋巴细胞中P16和cyclinD1基因蛋白的表达。结果　大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞P16和cyclinD1基因蛋白阳性表达率分别为 35 %、6 0 % ,与正常人群的阳性表达率 (70 %、2 5 % )比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。并且外周血淋巴细胞P16和cyclinD1基因蛋白表达与大肠癌临床分期、组织学分化程度、淋巴转移有密切关系。结论　大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞P16和cyclinD1基因蛋白异常表达与荷瘤状况有密切关系 ,可为大肠癌的早期诊断、临床分期、组织学分型。Objective To investigate the expression of P16 and cyclin D1 protein in peripheral blood of colorectal cancer. Methods P16 and cyclin D1 protein were determined with flow cytometry in 40 cases with colorectal cancer and 20 cases in control group. Results The positive rate of P16 were 35% in cancer group and 70% in control group ,while the positive rate of cyclin D1 were 60% and 25% .Mean value of P16 in the cancers were lower than in the controls(P<0.05),but cyclin D1 had high expression in the cancers. Conclusion P16 and cyclin D1 expression in human peripheral blood monocytes may be used as an index of surveillance and screening for cancer high risk population.
