摘　　要：本文主要阐述理学分院在双语教师培训中的研究与实践工作、培训后的教学和管理评价及思考,以供参与此项培训工作的同行参考,共同做好培训工作。This paper presents the author's research and practice the work in training of bilingual teacher, and the teaching evaluates with the management after the training, to provide consult to the training work go together, common work well the training work.
