企业知识库有效性问题初探

摘　　要：从增强知识管理与企业经营绩效的关系为出发点,给出了企业知识库有效性内涵,分析了影响企业知识库有效性的静态知识、动态知识能力以及二者之间的匹配关系,揭示出在决定企业知识库有效性方面静态知识是基础,动态知识能力是关键,二者之间的匹配关系是内在驱动力,并给出了提高企业知识库有效性的途径。In order to strengthen the relationship between the knowledge management and enterprise performance, this paper puts forward the implication of effectiveness of enterprise's knowledge base (EKB). Through analyzing the relevant factors, including static knowledge, dynamic knowledge capabilities and matching relationship between them, the paper also reveals that static knowledge is the base for the effectiveness of EKB, dynamic knowledge capabilities are the key to the effectiveness of EKB and the matching relationship between them is the internal drive for the effectiveness of EKB. Finally, the ways of improving the effectiveness of EKB are given based on the analysis of relevant factors above.
