摘　　要：云南省基础教育面临“三大转变”:从传统单一型向形式多样化转变,从模式一统化向优势特色化转变,从封闭结构状态向开放一体化转变。Yunnan province's elementary education is facing three big transformations: Changing from the traditional and single school-running pattern to the diversified one; changing from the unified education pattern to the stylish one with its own advantages;changing from the close structure to the opening and incorporate one.
