摘 要:在高校所有资源中,人力资源是唯一最具有创造力的资源,决定着高校的生存与发展。探讨了高校人力资源管理的意义、特点和实施策略选择等问题,指出在新背景下,高校应根据自身的政治、经济、文化等特点,不断探索中国高校的现代人力资源管理模式。Human resource (HR) is the only creative one among all the resources in colleges and universities. It is vital for the survival and development of institutions of higher learning. The significance, characteristics and selection of strategies in HR management in colleges and universities are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that colleges and universities, under the new environment, should try their best to find new modes of HR management in accordance with their own political, economic and cultural characteristics.
