操作性音乐治疗对慢性精神分裂症情感和社会交往能力的疗效分析

摘　　要：运用操作性音乐治疗对30例慢性精神分裂症病人情感及社会交往能力的疗效进行研究,以SANS量表盲法评定治疗前后变化,结果表明在音乐治疗特定环境中,86%病人有效,但当回到原居住病房环境时,治疗前后无明显变化.说明,在设计研究治疗时,疗程要适当延长,病房环境要改造,使病人在治疗环境中取得的进步行为巩固下来.另外,还应增加更全面客观的疗效评价工具.The therapeutic effects of operative music therapy on emotion and social interaction of 30 chronically schizophrenic patients were studied with double blinded SANS scale. The results showed that 86% of the patients were improved in the specially designed environment for music therapy. However, no significant differences were observed after the patients returned their wards. It was suggested that music therapy should be lengthened and the ward environment modified to reinforce the positive behavior that the patients got in the treatment. In addition, more comprehensive and objective measurement instruments were needed to be employed.
