摘　　要：文章以力的原理为依据,以力触键时相关的重量、压力、动力作用点和支点等的感觉为基础,把这些感觉的过程应用于钢琴的基础练习和演奏中。采用发力与放松交替进行的方法,基本上解决了钢琴基础演奏中发力与放松的矛盾。According to the force principles, this article is narrated on the basis of many senses while playing the piano, such as the force, the pressure, the point of acting force and the fulcrum. All these senses are being applied to the basic practice of playing the piano. Using the way of playing and relaxing alternately, it almost solves the contradictions between the two factors.
