关于二级学院教学管理的几点思考

摘　　要：从现代教育基本观念出发,对高等院校二级学院教学管理的基本理念、基本内容和重要作用进行了探讨和思考。提出了教学管理应确立以人为本,为学生的成长和教师的发展服务的理念。阐述了二级学院教学管理对促进学生成才、发挥教师潜能以及实现社会服务等方面的重要作用。Based on the basic ideas of modern education,this paper studies the basic ideas,the primary contents and the important functions of teaching and learning management in the secondary schools of colleges and universities.It proposes that the teaching and learning management should be people-oriented,should be helpful for students’growing-up and teachers’development.Finally,it suggests that the teaching and learning management is secondary schools should play and important role in encouraging students to become talents and giving teachers’potential to full play.
