摘　　要：通过对高校开设体育选项班学生的问卷调查和研究分析,发现在体育选项课中存在有学生盲目从众选项、编班与学生自我选项的不统一等问题。阐明高校开设体育选项课的具体措施,以期和同行们探讨。Through the survey and analysis to the high school students, it is revealed that those who take the optional sports courses follow other students blindly, and that there lies conflicts between the objective classes and the students' choices. The article aims to demonstrate the practical methods and measurements in offering optional sports courses, and the further exploration will be ardently welcome.
