摘　　要：通过安装在手术显微镜上的CCD将采集的手术视频信号送至与网络(LAN/Internet)连接的计算机,采用VC++面向对象的程序设计技术,实现显微手术视频的显示、压缩、存储、图像处理、剪辑,以及手术方案、数据库管理、报表生成与打印,并实现视、音频信号的网络实时传输及语音、文字交流等功能,可用于手术视频的记录、管理,以及远程专家会诊、示教、学术交流等。The sampled video signal of micro-operation is transmitted to the terminal of LAN/Internet by means of CCD mounted on the microscope. A program is developed by using VC++ in which design environment is objective-oriented, to realize displaying, compressing, reserving, photo processing, cutting and connecting as well as the database management, the report forming and the printing. The system can be used in operation video recording, management, experts consultation, teaching and academic discussing, etc.
