摘  要:为探讨免疫核糖核酸(IRNA)制剂中确切的有效成分,经过柱层析后,又用电泳从IRNA分离出Ⅰ~Ⅴ组分,在进行CD谱分析中看到IRNA除具有RNA分子CD谱的一般特征外,还表现出与SRNA和NRNA分子CD谱的显著差异。在IRNA的CD谱中发现特殊的主旋Z构象.并随盐浓度变化而出现A→Z和Z→A的构象转变,这种构象转变可能与IRNA功能密切相关。IRNA的碱基配对数都较其它RNA更富有灵活性,因此表现较强的柔顺性。In order to confirm the available composition of IRNA, Ⅰ~Ⅴ components were separated from IRNA by column chromatography and further purified by electrophorasis. The CD spectra for IRNA showed general features of those for RNA, but were significantly different from those for SRNA and NRNA. Sepecial levo-Z-conformation were found in CD spectra for IRNA, and conformation conversion (A→Z and Z→A) were found along with changes of salt concentration. The conformation conversion might be closely correlated with the function of IRNA. The number of base pairs of IRNA was more changeable than other RNAs. Therefore, IRNA showed strong flexibility.
