摘  要:在国家卫生部《全科医师岗位培训大纲》、《浙江省全科医学教育实施方案》基础上, 结合浙江省全科医师岗位培训开展的实际情况和特点, 设计了《浙江省全科医师转岗培训评估指标体系》。该评估指标体系的评估指标分为三级, 其中一级指标为政策与制度、组织与管理、培训投入与条件、培训实施、培训效果; 二级指标19项; 三级指标92项。做到公正、客观地进行全科医师岗位培训评估工作。Indices of assessment of general practitio ners training of Zhejiang province were designed, which was based on the outline of Gps training which promulgated by Ministry of health P. R. China and Gps tra ining project of Zhejiang province, and was integrated with the actual condition and the feature of practice of Gps training in Zhejiang province. The assessmen t indices were divided into three grades, containing 19 two-step indices, 92 thr ee-step indices, and 5 one-step indices, which includes policy & institution, or ganizing & managing, training investing and conditions, training proceeding and training effect.
