摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,教育与世界接轨的步伐加快,必然会引发高校新一轮发展态势。观念是一切工作的先导,只有整合符合时代特征的“兼容并蓄”、“大教育”、“人本思想”、“大服务”的教育理念,才能为提升高校可持续发展不断增添新的动力。With the popularization of higher education of China, the acceleration of China's education integrating with the world will eventually lead to further development of colleges and universities. Ideas guide all work, so such ideas as 'combination of Chinese and western cultures', 'great education', 'humanism' in education should be combined to constantly promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
