摘　　要：介绍了该校通过对实验室管理体制、运行机制和投资机制的改革,探索管理制度创新,优化实验人员、设备、用房资源的配置;促进实验教学内容、方法和手段的改革,提高实验水平和教学质量;保证实验室建设的效果和可持续发展。In order to guarantee the results of laboratory construction and sustainable development, some reform measurements are taken. Through reforming management system, operation and invest mechanism to optimize the distribution of resources such as laboratory personnel, equipment and building. By promoting the reform of contents, ways and means in teaching of experiment to increase the level of experiment and the quality of teaching.
