摘　　要：博弈在企业经营管理中的巧妙运用是现代企业经营成功的重要原因。博弈本身不能取代企业经营决策的具体操作,但它是企业经营决策的有力指导,是企业科学决策的关键。博弈论已经成为现代企业经营管理的指导思想和方法论。The skillful application of game theory in enterprise management is the important reason for the successful modern enterprise operation. Game theory can not replace the specific operation of enterprise management decision itself,but it is the powerful guidance of enterprise management decision and the key of enterprise scientific decision. Game theory has become the guiding ideology and methodology of modern enterprise management.
