摘 要:本文以正在研制的高速动力车为样车,采用三次样条函数法确定轮轨几何关系,运用非线性运动稳定性分析的数值分叉方法,在兼顾曲线通过性能的前提下,选取多种磨耗型车轮踏面,研究踏面有关参数对高速动力车运动稳定性及轮轨接触应力的影响,优化选择适合我国高速铁路需要的磨耗型车轮踏面。A high speed power vehicle being devdoped is accepted as the model vehicle,ofwhich the driving motors are suspended from the carbody.This paper uses the cubic spline todescribe the geometric relationship of wheel tread profile and rail contour,and uses thenumerical bifurcation method in nonlinear lateral stability analysis,The authors comparesthe effects of parameters of wheel tread profiles on stability and contact stress between wheeland rail,which have small effect on curve negotiation ,and choose one kind of wheel treadprofile for our country's high speed railway,which can ensure good stability and decrease thewear of wheel and rail.
