摘  要:测定了黑柄铦囊蘑[Melanoleucaarcunta(Fr)Sing]子实体中氨基酸、矿质元素、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分、粗纤维和多糖含量。结果表明,测定的18种氨基酸中,8种必须氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的43.01%;每100g子实体中矿质元素K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、V含量分别是2857.095,542.650,118.764,125.427,11.912,5.631,5.274和0.028mg;粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、灰分、粗纤维、多糖含量分别是33.829,3.042,15.501,1.092和2.149g。The content of nutrltion components in fruit bodies of Metanoleuca arcunta was deremined.The experiment results showed that the content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids in 18 kinds of amino acids was 43.01%,and that the content of mineral elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn and V in fruit bodies of M.arcunta were ~2 857.095 ,542.650,118.764,125.427,11.912,5.631,5.274 and 0.028 mg/100g respectively while the content of crude protein,crude fat,ash,crude fiber and polysaccharide in the furit todies were 33.829,3.042,15.501,1.092 and 2.149g/100g respectively.
