摘  要:让学生学会学习和培养学生自主学习能力已成为教育的最终目标和最高境界,并在学习者、教师、学校之间达成了共识。本研究通过问卷调查和个别访谈,发现学习动机、学习方法、学习目标是影响自主学习的主要因素,应宏观综合解决;心理因素和情感因素对自主学习有很大影响,学习者应在学习过程中不断地磨练和陶冶,逐步解决;自控学习过程和自评学习结果是自主学习者必须掌握的基本技巧,可以通过培训和习得解决;学习条件和学习环境对自主学习有影响,政府和社会应尽可能地解决。调查还发现年龄对自主学习影响不大,为终身学习提供了实证依据。Learners, teachers, and schools have realized their common goal: students should learn how to learn and should acquire the ability of autonomous learning. Through a questionnaire and interview, the authors find out that motivation, learning method, and learning goal are the key factors that affect autonomous learning and should be solved in a comprehensive way; psychological factors and affect have great influence on autonomous learning and can be solved by the learners themselves in the process of learning; controlling learning process and evaluating learning outcome are the basic techniques in autonomous learning and they can be acquired or/and trained. Government and society should provide better conditions for learners. This investigation also reveals that age doesn't have great influence on learning. This provides convincing evidence for lifelong learning.
