摘　　要：本文论述高校人本管理的内涵和用人思路,从用人艺术角度提出高校人本管理的用人原则和用人方法,指出高校人本管理是现代高校管理创新的重点。In this paper, the author proposes the content of people-oriented management in university and the train of thought relevant to human resource management. From the angle of human resource management art, the paper introduces the principle and method of people-oriented management. At the end it suggests that people-oriented management is the emphasis of management creativity of modern university.
