摘 要:球团粒度大小对球团质量具有重要影响,采用基于小波理论的计算机图像处理技术,研究出一种在线测定堆积球团粒度的方法,解决了球团图像识别的关键问题———球团的边界提取。并以此为基础构造了球团粒度在线检测系统,输出信号可反馈控制配料和造球机的工作,以便生产出高质量的球团矿。实验结果表明,系统计算的粒度分布及平均粒度与实际粒度分布及平均粒度基本吻合。The particle-size is a critical factor in the quality of iron-ore pellets.An online-measurement method of the particle-size of a pile of pellets was proposed by adopting the technology of computer image processing based on wavelet theory,which solved the key problem of edge extracting of pellets in image identification of pellets.Based on this,an online-measurement system of pellets whose output signal could be feedbacked to control the supply of prepared materials and the work of ballmaking machine was constituted in order to produce high-quality iron-ore pellets.The experiment result shows that the distribution of the particle-size and the mean particle-size measured by this system is in accordance with those in practice.
