摘　　要：本文对合肥市中学生进行了有关早餐和吃零食行为的横断面调查。结果表明：有近30％的中学生不吃早餐；男生和女生吃亏食的分别为2．4％和22．2％。并对其一些相关因素进行了分析。A cross-sectional study on the behavior of breakfast and Snacks was conducted in middle school students in Hefei, Anhui, from April to June, 1993. The results showed: almost 30% of students didn't eat break fast; the rate of snacks in boys and girls are 7. 4% and 22. 2% respectively, Other correlative factors were analysised.
