摘  要:孔子的人文主义教育思想,提倡发展的学生观,强调教育要尊重学生的人格,以发展的眼光对待儿童的成长,认为教育要体现“有教无类”、“因材施教”的思想,体现教育公平的原则,师生之间建立“亦师亦友”的和谐关系,使学生生动、活泼、健康地全面发展,真正实现以人为本的教育理想。Confucian humanistic thought on education advocated student-developing opinion, and stressed to respect students’ personalities. He also believed that teachers should evaluate children’s growing with long-term expectation, so education would be in accord with “teaching without fixed methodology” and “teaching according to individuality”, which would also show educational equality. The close teacher-friend relationship makes it possible for student to develop healthily, lively and fully, which is the embodiment of man-centered education ideal.
