摘　　要：加强和改进新时期高校学风建设是一项具有战略意义的人才工程,探讨高校学风,对于促进高校教学质量的提高和深化高等教育管理与改革具有重要意义。针对当前高校学风的现状及存在的突出问题,高校应着力于从积极构筑校园精神和管理制度的“围墙”、树学校风气之新形象,大力营造严谨治学和诚信为本的“净土”、抓人才培养质量之根本,努力搭建素质教育和学术创新的“平台”、创高校特色之品牌等方面入手,加强和改进新时期学风建设。It is a talent with strategic significance project to strengthen and improve the study style of the (university) in the new period.It will help build and probe into the study style of the university,with a significance for promoting the improvement and management and reform for higher education.To the current situation of study style of the university and problem existing at present,the university should make effort to construct the new images of “enclosure” of the spirit of the campus and management system,garden campus atmosphere actively,build rigorous pursuing scholarly work and “ pure land” based on sincerity,base of stressing personnel training quality in a more cost-effective manner,make great efforts to put up quality-oriented education and “ platform” of academic (innovation),and achieve such respects as university’s characteristic brand,etc.
