中学化学教师继续教育中的部题与思考

摘　　要：科学技术的迅速发展,使人的知识老化速度加快.中学教师作为新一代的培养者,其继续教育问题显得尤为重要.文章分析了当前中学教师继续教育的现状,发现了一些问题.认为解决这些问题的关键环节在从事继续教育的高等师范院校.这些院校应在继续教育的师资、课程、方式方法、评价指标体系等方面进行一些必要的建设、改革和创新,才能大幅度地提高继续教育的成效.Chemistry education reform is carrying on deeply under the guidance of quality-education theory. Teachers' quality is the key factor in the education reform. The reinforcement in continuing teacher training is necessary to adapt to the reform. The questions in the teacher training process are analyzed and corresponding measures to improve the teacher training effects are put forward in the paper.
