摘　　要：家族企业的二次创业不仅需要企业内部制度改革、人力资本的优化,还需要社会资本的提升。社会资本理论的应用为解决家族企业发展问题提供了新途径,通过改善社会信用环境、提高企业家的能动性及建立企业中间组织等方法提升企业内部社会资本,改善经营机制,突破家族困境。Family enterprise second inauguration depends not only on enterprise inner system reform, human capital but also on social capital. It is a new method to solve the family enterprise inner problems by the social capital theory. Now we can better social credit environment, promote the motility of the entrepreneur and construct the neutral organizations in order that family enterprise can improve inner social capital and outbreak the puzzle- Dom.
