摘　　要：本文研究了企业信用评估中的模型问题.以商业企业为例,阐述了基于BP神经网络的信用评估模型的原理,通过建立指标体系,讨论基于BP神经网络的评价模型的实现,对模型的不足进行了分析,并提出改进建议.In this paper, the model of credit assessment in enterprise is investigated. An instance of the commercial enterprise has taken to demonstrate the model of credit assessment based on BP neural network, after developed the evaluation indicator system, the constructing of evaluation model based on BP neural network has been discussed. The suggestions of improving the model were provided after analyzing the limits of the neural netwokrk.
