摘 要:学生的隐性心理伤害是指在学校教育中由于教师不当管理行为给学生造成的精神性伤害。主要是由侮辱性语言、公开揭露"隐私"、张榜公布成绩、动辄发出禁止令、不公平对待、变相体罚、处处怀疑学生等教师的不良言行导致的。它不仅挫伤了学生的自尊心、破坏了正常的师生关系,而且影响学生健康人格的形成。它的发生与教师的法律意识淡薄、职业道德素养低下、教育艺术缺乏等因素有关。因此,强化教师的法律意识、提高职业道德和教师素养、建立新型的师生关系等是预防学生隐性心理伤害发生的有效措施。Owing to the improper ways of educational management caused by teachers , there exists the hidden mental harm to the students on the campus.The hidden mental harm is caused by the teachers'bad words and deeds , which mainly include exposing personal secrets publicly, putting up notices and publishing the students academic records,sending out forbiddance easily, treating unfairly, suspecting everything and so on.It not only dampens the students self-esteem and destroys the normal teacher -student relationship, but also influences 'students' health personalities. Its emergence is relevant to some factors that the teachers'legal consciousness is faint, professional ethics accomplishment is low, educational art is lack etc.Therefore, strengthening the teachers'legal consciousness and improving their professional ethics and teaching accomplishment, setting up the new type teacher -student relationship and so on are effective measures to prevent students'hidden mental harm.
