食料对烟草甲生长发育及繁殖的影响

摘　　要：研究了麦粒、营养麦片、面粉、烤烟和甘草等5种食料对烟草甲生长发育与繁殖的影响.实验观测了烟草甲各虫态的生长发育历期、各虫态的存活状况以及成虫的产卵情况,并对其净生殖率Ro、内禀增长率rm和种群增长周限λ等生命表参数进行了考查.结果表明:麦粒、营养麦片、面粉是其适宜寄主,种群趋势指数分别为35 45、39 77和32 84,而甘草的种群趋势指数仅为7 55.对不同食料进行营养成分分析后发现:食料的可溶性总糖和蛋白质含量对烟草甲的生长发育和繁殖影响较大,脂肪的变化影响小;同时,颗粒状和粉末状食料更适合烟草甲的生长发育及繁殖.<Abstrcat> Effects of foods on growth, development and reproduction of the cigarette beetle,Lasioderma serricorne(Fabricius)were studied by feeding wheat cornmeal flour flue-cured tobacco and liquorice. The duration and survival circumstances at different stages and the ability of laying eggs for adults were observed, and the life table parameters such as Ro r^m and λ were examined .The results showed that the wheat cornmeal and flour were the suitable host for cigarette beetle,and the model of index (I) were 35.45 39.77 and 32.84 respectively,but the model of index of liquorice was only 7.55. After analysis of nutrition ingredient of the different foods, it can be found that the soluble sugar and protein contents in foods seemed to be the significant factors influencing growth and development of the cigarette beetle,and fat in food might be less important for them.At the same time, the foods in granule and powder form were more suitable for the development and reproduction of the cigarette beetle.
