摘　　要：格莱斯主义者希望通过意图意义理论与协议论的结合,从而可以解决前者在无时间性语言意义问题上遭遇到的困境,然而,协议论的引入,却不可避免地使意图意义理论面临失去意图基础的危险。Griceans hope that by the way of connection of the theory of intention-meaning with the notion of convention the difficulties which the former has faced on the problem of the timeless linguistic meaning will be solved. But, to introduce the notion of convention will make the theory of intention-meaning lose its foundation.
