摘　　要：在信息化环境中,信息素养成为高校教师素质结构中的重要组成部分。该文从信息素养的涵义入手,分析了高校教师具备良好信息素养的必要性,并提出高校教师信息素养培养的途径。In the informationalized environment,information literacy has become an important part in the structure of teachers qualities in the universities.The article begins with the meaning of information literacy,then analyses the necessities of forming good information literacy of teachers in the universities. The author also tries to put forward some ways to improve the information literacy of teachers in the universities.
