快、慢羽固始鸡体尺与繁殖性状间关系的研究

摘　　要：对4 3只5 5周龄的固始鸡快、慢羽公鸡的体尺和精液品质性状的测定和分析表明:成年固始鸡快、慢羽公鸡间的体尺性状差异不显著(P >0 .0 5 )。慢羽公鸡的射精量显著高于快羽公鸡的射精量,而精液pH值、精子计数、死精率及精子畸形率5个性状在快、慢羽固始鸡间的差异不显著(P >0 .0 5 ) ,表明快、慢羽固始鸡基因对公鸡繁殖性状有一定的影响。Measure on the body traits and semen quality of 30 fast feathering and slow feathering Gushi male chicks (55-week-old) showed that there is no significant difference on body traits between the fast feathering and the slow feathering Gushi male chicks (P>0.05).And the other semen traits are not significant between them. It showed that the gene of fast feathering and slow feathering gene had some influence on the reproductive traits of Gushi male chicks.
