摘  要:测定了溶磷黑曲霉ML4在不同的无机磷培养基摇瓶培养时pH的变化和磷浓度的变化。当以KH2 PO4 作为无机磷培养基的唯一磷源时,测试灭菌后的发酵液的溶磷能力,发现其溶磷量只有5 6 1.99mg/L。用液相色谱测定发酵液中有机酸的成分,发现发酵液中含有草酸、α-酮戊二酸等有机酸,分析得出:溶磷菌的溶磷机制除了有机酸的溶解作用外,还存在其他的溶磷机制,有待进一步探讨。The changes in pH value and in phosphor content were determined when Aspergillus niger ML4 was grown in liquid medium cultures with different sources of phosphor. The ability of sterilized fermented liquor to dissolve phosphor was determined when KH_2PO_4 was used as the only source of phosphor in the culture medium.It was found that the efficiency of dissolving phosphate was only 561.99 mg/L. Organic acids produced by the strain were analysised in liquid chromatogram and the results indicated that oxalic acid, α-ketoglutaric acid were produced by the strain. It is suggested that there should be other phosphat-solabilizing mechanism except that the organic acids can solve phosphorus.
