摘 要:为了研究在用柴油车加载减速烟度检测方法和柴油机全负荷烟度测量方法的相关性,利用发动机试验台模拟进行了柴油车加载减速烟度检测试验过程。试验结果表明如果加载减速检测过程持续的时间足够长,加载减速过程测量得到的烟度和相应转速下的稳态全负荷烟度基本相当,这表明我国现行的新生产柴油机全负荷烟度检测方法和即将实施的在用柴油车加载减速烟度测量方法有高度相关性。In order to find out the correlation between the two measurement methods, lug-down and full-load for exhaust visible smoke from a diesel vehicle, and provide some theoretic foundations for the promotion of new diesel engine, the simulation of virtually process of lug-down the diesel vehicle was done on engine test bed. The result shows that if the process lasts for enough time, the smoke received under lug-down test are approximately the same as those under full-load test. This reflects that the current measurement method for full load exhaust smoke in our country is highly correspondent with the lug-down test that will be applied recently to the measurement of diesel vehicles.
