摘　　要：《经济法》教学应采用多种教学方法,通过协调作用,促进学生知识转化能力的形成与提高。法律关系分析法作为一种具有共性的案例分析方法,在学生法律逻辑思维能力培养过程中具有深远的影响,应予以充分利用。“Economic law” teaching should adopt many kinds of teaching methods, through coordinating function of them, the ability which knowledge to transform of student is formed and improved. The analytic approach of the legal relation is as a kind of case analytical method with generality, have far-reaching influence while the logic thinking ability of student's law trains, should be used abundantly.
