摘　　要：设计和开发优质的教学网站是当今远程教育中的一个重大课题.文章在PBL教学理论的指导下阐述了建设一个基于STRUTS架构的教学网站的方案,PBL教学理论在教学网站中的应用以及整个网站的体系构架的组成和技术实现.Design and developing of an excellent instructional website is an important issue in distance education. This paper discusses a plan for constructing an STRUTS framework-based instructional website with the guidance of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching theory and expounds on the application of PBL theory in instructional website as well as the constitution and technological realization of the website system.
