医学生A型行为者应激时态的逻辑质研究

摘　　要：目的用逻辑质的方法分析A型行为因子与医科学生血浆皮质醇应激反应的时态效应之间的联系。方法采用A型行为类型量表将75名医科学生测量分型后;分别测量安静、应激与应激后的血浆皮质醇(cortisol)指标;由守恒量建立血浆皮质醇应激测量模型,计算时态指标基础量和应激量。结果在安静、应激与应激后状态,两种应激反应类型之间有显著逻辑差异(t=0.32,P>0.05;t≥3.559,P<0.05);时态效应指标基础量和应激量有显著逻辑差异(t≤2.326,P>0.05,t≥3.897,P<0.05);提出应激时态概念,解释应激反应的时态效应与行为因子联系。结论在应激测量模型中,从逻辑上说明行为因子的应激时态效应。ObjectiveTo study on stress tense effects of type A behavior factors on medical student to stress response of plasma cortisol with logic qualitative research.Method75cases tested were determined for type A behavior using psychological questionnaire, and their plasma levels of cortisol were measured in stress, post and pre stress respectively,The plasma levels of cortisol was made as conservative quantities in stress measurement model with logic quality research on the way of stress tenses in type A behaviors. ResultThere was significant difference in logic between two stress variables on different tenses in stress measurement model (t= 0.32 ,P>0.05;t≥3.560,P<0.05) with plasma cortisol.There was also significant difference between stress and bases amounts in stress tenses(t≤2.327,P>0.05,t≥3.897, P<0.05).ConclusionIt suggested that stress tense with type A behaviors had effected on change of plasma cortisol,and there is effective stress tenses from behavior factors on plasma cortisol response under stress measurement model.
