摘　　要：当前国有企业产权制度改革正成为理论界争论的一个热点,本文试图从系统论的观点出发,认为国有企业产权制度是一项复杂的社会系统,它涵盖了宏观系统中制度管理层面和运行保障层面的因素,也包括微观系统中的各个利益相关主体。任何一项改革措施都必须考虑它对整个系统各个要素的影响,从系统论的观点来认识其合理性。The property system innovation of state-owned enterprise has become a disputing focus in theoretic circle nowadays. This text attempts to set out from the view of system theory, and regards the property system innovation of state-owned enterprise as a complicated social system. The system contains the institution-management aspect and operation-security aspect in macro-system, it also contains the relevant of all interests in the micro-system. Any reform measure must consider its impact on each element and realize it's rationality in the whole system.
