摘  要:该文以某型型矿用自卸车为研究对象,建立其油气悬挂缸的数学模型,并对悬挂缸的输出力特性进行了试验研究。通过将仿真结果与实验结果对比可以看出,该文建立的模型准确可靠。在其基础上,该文建立了该型油气悬挂车辆的虚拟样机模型,利用该模型对油气悬挂车辆的脉冲输入平顺性进行了仿真研究,得出了悬挂缸初始充气压力、阻尼孔直径和环形腔横截面积变化对油气悬挂车辆脉冲输入平顺性的影响规律,从而为车辆设计时合理确定悬挂缸的各种参数提供了理论依据。<Abstrcat>In this paper, a numerical model of hydro-pneumatic cylinder was established based on one type of mine dumping truck and a test was also carried out. After comparing the simulation results with the test ones, it seemed that the model established in this paper was correct and reliable. Based on the model, the model of the car was built by using virtual prototyping technology.The influences of the initial pressure of the hydro-pneumatic cylinder, the diameter of the damper and the area of the annular room on the ride comfort of the vehicle were analyzed by means of the simulation. Some valuable results were given through analysis.
